Lesley Ann Brandt and Maria Bartiromo

Lesley Ann Brandt was a South African actress and model born on the 2nd of December, 1981. Her most well-known performances are on television as well as in films. Brandt started her acting in the new Zealand's Diplomatic Immunity sitcom, began her American debut on the stage with the character as Naevia in the historical show Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actress has appeared on a variety of TV series over the last decade. They include Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies The Librarians. From 2016 Brandt has played the character in the role of Mazikeen in the urban fantasy series Lucifer which stars Tom Ellis Lauren German and Kevin Alejandro. Brandt was born and raised in Cape Town South Africa and then moved from Cape Town to Auckland New Zealand with her family as a teenager. The actress began her career as a model, appearing in ads and commercials. She also worked as an IT recruiting consultant as well as in retail, before becoming famous as a fashion model. In 2009, she landed her first part as Leilani on the New Zealand comedy Diplomatic Immunity. The first time she appeared was on Spartacus Blood and Sand in 2021. She played Naevia, a slave in the show. In the miniseries Spartacus Gods of the Arena She reprised her role of Naevia. Craig Parker co-starred in three TV series: Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (1010) and Legend of the Seeker 2008 together with her. In 2016 she started playing the role of a bounty hunter named Mazikeen in Lucifer, the Netflix popular series Lucifer. This is her biggest role up to now. In the show, she co-stars alongside Tom Ellis Lauren French Kevin Alejandro D. B. Woodside.

The award was given to her as one of the 50 Faces That Shaped the Decade she also became the first journalist of female gender to be inducted into the Cable Hall of Fame. She is also an author and journalist.
